If you have become cognizant of auras, chakra frequency tones and colors, or other esoteric knowledge, you will be drawn to and appreciate this book. We are so much more than the limited perspectives of what today’s science acknowledges in the physical aspects of our being. For me, this book was more about how humanity can evolve to a higher state of enlightenment, and walk a truer path to spiritual attainment. It all starts with looking at yourself in the mirror, and wanting to take that first step to spiritual growth. Our Creator endowed us with Free Will, and for us to make the choice about the direction we point our moral compass to. I don’t think anyone would argue that for the majority of humanity’s time on this planet, it’s been pointing in the wrong direction! Books like this are necessary to kick us in the proverbial butt!The phrase ‘Listen to your heart’ goes so far back in human vernacular it’s impossible to know who first spoke these four immortal words. This book captures the love, magic and incredible intuitive guidance of the human heart, and its ability to send this information to create a heart-brain interaction. It’s a nice introduction to the powerful, multidimensional aspects of what we can all aspire to. Since words have vibration, I felt elation as I read specific parts of it. A grateful thank you to the authors who contributed to Heart Intelligence, because to me, this is really a Book of Hope. There are a multitude of ‘pearls of wisdom’ scattered throughout, such as from page 101- “As groups of people make efforts to increase their heart coherence, it adds to a momentum of positive, evolutionary change which is what will help society to re-shape itself”. Or from page 94- “It wasn’t surprising to learn that the heart generates the strongest magnetic field in the body, approximately 100 times stronger than that produced by the brain. This field can be detected several feet from the body with sensitive magnetometers”. Or from page 87- “When we sit quietly in a heart coherent state, it can at times seem like not much is going on. When you’re in a coherent state, your nervous system is much more aligned, your hormonal and immune systems are getting rebalanced, and your mind and emotions are connecting with more of your spirit. All of this internal realignment increases resilience throughout your system”. And finally from pages 154-55- “When our vibrations are up, our heart energy flows through our interactions. We naturally generate uplifting feelings from a more empowered demeanor: We are kinder, more gracious and we genuinely connect with others. We respond to stressful situations with soundness, resilience, and clearer discernment. We are less vulnerable to frustration, impatience, anger, anxiety, and we feel more self-secure and less critical of others and of ourselves. We are drawn to notice nature, flowers and trees that we usually sleep-walk past, as our preoccupations rob us of this gift of conscious connection. In a lower vibration we tend to allow negative thoughts and feelings the license to roam and feed from our life force. As we feed them life, they are inclined to run our life.” We have the choice to learn to consciously intervene and reset our daily vibration, and by doing this, create a much better world for all. Hope springs eternal, and this book gives you the tools to help.
